Pool Management Objective
To achieve a good-looking sparkling, soft, healthy, energized, vital water with a stable pH, without chlorine dosage (privat pools) and a minimized chlorine demand (public pools), germ-free, and algae-free.
Rule number 1
Prevent germs (catch-all term for Bacteria, Viruses, Legionella), algae growth thereby minimizing the use of chlorine to a maximum possible extend through a contamination-free feed water and tight hygiene rules.
Rule number 2
It is imperative to keep the pH and TA within the prescribed levels (water chemicals of a swimming pool can get out of whack if not maintained properly). If either is out of balance, it will affect the functioning of ALL Public- and Private Pool applied chemicals.

General. Borax holds the pH and does not increase TotalAlkalinity (TA).
Public Pool. Basically with Chlorine components plus Borax.

5. Disinfection:
General. Incremental Bacteria Prevention thru tight hygiene rules supported by
Active Filter Medium (AFM) filled Pool Filter and SAISEIPL AVS
Public Pool. Chlorine components and optional ultra high frequency.
Private Pool. Biolight and optional ultra high frequency.
6. Algae prevention-elimination:
General. Baking Soda (NaHCO3) as a solution or as a spot treatment prevents-eliminates black algae.
Household Borax does the same for blue and green algae.
Activated Filter Medium (AFM), SAISEIPL AVS and forced flow along walls and edges, NOT on surface.
Public Pool. pH Stabilizer Sanitizer Cyanuric Acid, Algaecide, Borax, NaHCO3, active oxygen and optional soft UltraSonic.
Private Pool. Borax, NaHCO3, active oxygen (KHSO5) and optional soft UltraSonic.
7. Filtration and Pool Pump operation: Pool Filter with AFM pure green glass
and a vario speed pump to improve night and day operation in case of high-summer temperatures, save energy.
Recycle full pool content within 6 hrs once every day (or night). Forced flow along walls and edges, NOT on surface.
Algae don`t like turbulent flow.
8. Pool Robot: (with filter, no hose) Cleaning: Automatic cleaning inclusive walls. Reduces Pool Filter load, thereby reducing cleaning cycles and saving water, chemicals and pool water enthalpy (heat).
9. Pool Coverage: Solar Cover absorbs heat in pool water,
reduces UV radiation, prevents dusty chemical compounds like phosphates, thereby reducing algae growth,
reduces evaporation, thereby saving water and chemicals,
